Follow daily priorities and communicate progress or obstacles to the shop lead.
Help maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
Assist with material handling, loading, delivery, or installation as needed.
Work cooperatively with the crew and suggest ways to improve quality and efficiency.
What we are looking for
Cabinetmaking or closely related woodworking production experience.
Ability to read shop drawings and use measuring tools accurately.
Attention to detail and pride in consistent workmanship.
Ability to complete assigned work independently while staying coordinated with the team.
Safe work habits and willingness to learn unfamiliar equipment or processes.
Dependable attendance, clear communication, and follow-through.
A practical, cooperative approach to solving problems.
Experience with CNC equipment, solid wood machining, cabinet hardware, or installation is helpful. Tell us which parts of cabinetmaking you know best and where you would need training.
